Team

Before I decided to found BARTH CONSULTING, I already gained many years of professional experience in the elaboration, negotiation and execution of contracts, including the definition of commercial frameworks, as well as monitoring of contracts, budgets and timelines. In addition, I offer profound knowledge in preparing contract templates.

I have worked in various pharmaceutical companies (consulting,  biotechnology companies, globally acting pharmaceutical companies) and have over ten years of experience in business development and licensing, contract management, international project and team management, strategic business development, in strategic marketing and sales controlling , as well as in market and competition analysis.

I am biologist and got my PhD at the University of Regensburg. Before I moved to industry I worked for the pharmaceutical biology department at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich as Head of a research group.
